Reiki is a Japanese healing method using spiritually guided universal energy. Reiki allows our minds and body to work through healing and connect with our breath, Reiki raises our vibratory levels, helping to break apart unhealthy thoughts and energies and invigorate those already existing beautiful strengths we have. In person sessions are held at a small wellness space in Echo Park, CA. Clients are able to cozy up on a healing bed while listening to peaceful music. I as the practitioner guide the energy using light hand placement or scanning. After a session, I like to debrief and chat about how you are feeling and we can go as in depth as you’d like or not talk at all, what ever you need. My intention is never to judge or force open old wounds. Why Reiki? Reiki allows yourself the time and space to feel, heal and grow. At times finding the right words to explain how you are feeling can be hard and uncomfortable. Reiki is all-good meaning its only intention is unconditional love. Therefore, allowing reiki to do it’s work, only positivity and healing can come about. At times Reiki can help us face our past or our feelings that we have been suppressing. Each session is a different experience, in my experience I have broken out in tears or have left feeling light and happy. Either way, it’s the thoughts that I am able to validate in a session that have brought me towards healing.
